Today is the day I tie it all together for you.
Self-love and compassion for others are the biggest keys I learned to become naturally confident.
So, let’s recap.
First and Second, keep your list of accomplishments and strengths in front of you and top of mind all the time. Keep reminding yourself of who you’re capable of being. Just don’t get egotistical or righteous about them.
Third, let go of your shame and forgive yourself for your past. It happened, and it’s time to let it go and use it to your advantage and help others.
Fourth, use that mirror to your advantage every day and tell yourself each time you see them you love them.
Fifth, bring more service of others into your life. WHEN NERVOUS GO INTO SERVICE. Keep that posted around your house and share that mantra with others. It is easier to do anything when the focus isn’t on you and it’s on making a difference for someone else.
Lastly, remembering you are a gift to this world. Your story and uniqueness are worth more than you think. You started out beating millions of other sperm to get here. Keep the streak alive.
