Welcome to day four

The key to confidence is self-love. It’s the foundation for natural confidence.

All the tips and techniques out there won’t do any good if you don’t have a foundation of loving yourself. I am not talking about being egotistical or righteous but loving yourself as you are and finding your uniqueness as a strength NOT a liability.

Exercise:
Working with a mirror. I want you to practice each morning looking in the mirror and telling yourself your strengths and accomplishments.

Then, I want you to finish each mirror exercise by looking at yourself in the eyes and saying out loud, “I love you right now as you are.”

I know this can be a hard one, So, don’t beat yourself up if it feels uncomfortable. That’s normal. It gets easier and easier each time.

Through this process, you’ve been sharing with yourself who you are and reflecting back what you’ve accomplished while letting go of the past.

This process is just one part life coaching. Coaching is about guiding you to achieve your goals and skyrocketing you past your limiting beliefs. It’s about you achieving the goals in your life that are the most important to you.
